I went to Greenwood from grades 1-6, then my family moved to Hermiston, where I graduated from high school. I attended and graduated from the University of Oregon (1979-83) with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism. From there, I lived in Butte, MT, for seven years, working as a reporter/anchor at KTVM-TV. I came back to Oregon in 1991, worked in a different field for three years, then returned to communications/PR, taking a job at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland, Wash. I just recently completed 15 years there. |
